About Creative Foundations

Founded in 2001, Creative Foundations provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities. They opened their second adult day service in Delaware, Ohio which helps offer alternative employment to individuals with developmental disabilities, allowing them a chance to express themselves in a creative way!
